Why we use it

Only to provide the Jobsona service to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

When you ask for an analysis or draft, your CV and job text are sent to our AI provider, Google Gemini, accessed through our hosting platform. The AI's outputs are suggestions for you to review. Nothing is added to your CV without your approval. Your content is not used by us or our platform provider to train AI models. Our AI provider may keep requests for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring.

Where it is stored and overseas transfer

Your data and files are stored with our cloud provider in the United States (AWS us-west-2) and processed on servers in other countries. We rely on these providers to protect your data to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Your personal data is stored and processed on servers outside Singapore, including in the United States, with safeguards intended to provide protection comparable to Singapore’s PDPA transfer requirements.

Who can see it

Only you, through the app. We access your data only to fix a problem you report, with your permission, or when the law requires it. Our providers process your data on our behalf to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete it. "Delete all my data" in Settings removes everything and closes your account.

Your rights

• Access: use "Download my data" in Settings.
• Correction: edit your details in the app.
• Withdraw consent: delete your account in Settings.

Security

Access rules ensure that only your account can read your records. Uploaded files are kept in private storage.
